Mounjaro & Wegovy approximate dose equivalencies in terms of weight-management potency*:
- Mounjaro 2.5 mg** → Wegovy ~0.25 mg – 0.5 mg**
- Mounjaro 5 mg → Wegovy ~ 1.7 mg or 2.4 mg
- Mounjaro 7.5 mg → Wegovy ~ 2.4 mg
- Mounjaro 10 mg, 12.5 mg & 15 mg → No Wegovy equivalent currently (higher potency) – Wegovy 7.2 mg (similar to Mounjaro 10 mg to 15 mg) is expected to be available in the UK, around Oct to Dec 2025, subject to licensing authorisation.
